WHO ARE WE?
NEXERA is an infrastructural telecommunications group building a Next Generation Access (NGA) network. The current projects in fourteen areas of central and north-east Poland are carried out in one of the most important programmes of the Polish government – Operational Program Digital Poland (Program Operacyjny Polska Cyfrowa - POPC).
The NEXERA Group currently consists of:
- Nexera Holding Sp. z o.o. – a company that manages the activities of the group and the owner of the Group’s operating companies,
- Nexera Sp. z o.o. – the wholesale operator and the owner of the fibre-optic network.
- Nexera Fiber Sp. z o.o.

Infracapital – 86% of shares of Nexera Holding Sp. z o.o.
A leading European infrastructure investor. It invests, builds and manages a variety of infrastructure, which is crucial for the changing needs of society, supporting long-term economic growth.
Infracapital is part of M&G investments from the Prudential Group. It manages assets worth more than 3 billion pounds. It operates in ten European countries where it is the owner of, among others, the following companies operating in the telecommunications industry: Gigaclear (United Kingdom), Alticom (Netherlands), Falbygdens Energi (Sweden). In Poland, it is also the owner of Duon Dystrybucja.
Nokia – 14% of shares of Nexera Holding Sp. z o.o.
A global leader in technologies for communication service providers, administrations, large enterprises and consumers. It is also the co-owner and technological partner of NEXERA.
Nokia operates in more than 100 countries worldwide. In Poland, it employs approximately 5,400 employees. The European Center for Software and Engineering (Europejskie Centrum Oprogramowania i Inżynierii) in Wrocław is the largest ICT research and development institution in Poland.
